I've been researching joint venture's for the last couple of years trying to see what makes it successful and why a joint venture helps bring life to a stalled business.

The information I've discovered through this research is astounding.

I have been invited to join Joint Ventures with some of the top names on-line.  The successful "net guru's" who seem to churn out hundreds of dollars worth or money whenever they come up with a new product.

I've been a member of one or more of Cody Moya's ezines for years.  He's amassed over a million internet subscribers for his various ezines and informational newsletters.  I finally got to see a photo of this genius, he's very young, I was very surprised.  In fact I was able to get my hands on short bios of the top Internet Guru's and to my surprise there were only 2 women in this group!

I've been fortunate to get a first hand look at the making of these joint ventures, I've also been invited to about a dozen the past year.  However, as lucrative as it would've been, I wasn't ready!

What are joint ventures?  It's a group of business owner's who wants to find thousands of potential clients to advertise their business to.  There are several different types of joint ventures that can be had between business owners.

Give Away Joint Ventures

Usually this type of Joint Venture is a one time deal.  The Give Away is slotted for a limited time, each participant uses every resource they have to announce this new Give Away venture.

 

You may have heard of some of these Give Away ventures such as the Easter Give Away; 117 Christmas Gifts and so on!

 

Special Joint Venture Partnerships

This requires some money up front for the participating partner.  A new product has been created.  The creator of this product invites business owners to help sell the product.  This is not like any ordinary affiliate type set up.  The business owner who reads the information on the product will decide if it's worth his/her time to promote it.  The reward:  Small fee for buying the product and 50% profit when the product is sold using the specific link provided for this venture.  The Joint Venture partner gets paid first and then the owner.

 

The type of rights provided for this type of JV will differ depending on the creator of the product.  You could receive just the rights to use the product for yourself and still gain 50% from selling it.  You could be given Resell Rights or Master Resell Rights.  But, in most cases, it's usually just the right to use the product.  Again, this is not a steadfast rule, everything depends on the product creator.

 

The price of the new product is usually about 1/4 of the retail price and this pricing is usually only provided for Joint Venture Partners.

 

JV partners will also be required to give a testimony for the sales page of this new product.  However, again this is just another added bonus as the link to the JV partners website is added on the sales page.  This type of JV partnership may take a few months to get off the ground as each new partner will be required to install or use the product to make sure that the product is in working order.

 

However, the Joint Venture I'm talking about is the Give Away Joint Venture.

 

What are the requirements for joint venture partnerships?

  1. You Must be a Business Owner with the ability to edit your own website

  2. You Must have a product to give away - i.e. an ebook, a free membership to a fee based membership area, or a fee based newsletter.  You MUST own the intellectual Rights to give away the product.

  3. You Must own an ezine or a membership type website.

  4. You MUST promote, promote, promote this give away venture

How does it work?

  • An advertisement is put out by someone who wants to put together a Give Away Joint Venture

  • Anyone who wants to participate MUST meet the 4 criteria provided above.  Each participant signs up and creates their account.

  • The coordinator of this JV will create the necessary page to host the information of the Give Away each JV partner will be providing.

  • Each JV partner will then be provided with the Advertisements to start announcing this limited time Give Away project.

Why does it work?

 

If you have 300 participating JV partners, you've got 300 business owners utilizing all of their advertising resources advertising this event.

 

How do the JV's advertise?  Through Bulletin Boards, Networking Groups, Message Boards, E-Groups, their newsletter or ezines, etc . . Some even go as far as paying advertisement spots for this type of venture.

 

If each JV partner does the required advertisement, the probability is great that each participant will receive new members in their chosen venture.

 

The time slotted to receive the free gifts is limited, which means that anyone who sees the advertisement will need to decide almost immediately if they want o sign up for this free Give Away.

 

Usually the sales page for this type of venture is pretty convincing.  Description of each free ebook is provided and JV's can make their Give Away more appealing by providing bonuses just for requesting to receive their free product.

 

What is required of JV Partners?

  • Each participant will be provided their own specific URL to advertise - like an affiliate type program - YOU MUST ADVERTISE THIS LINK

  • Each participant will provide the necessary information for their Give Away product, this will include the sign up page for the ezine or subscription based membership website.  If there are bonuses provided for the give away, this information must also be added.

  • Duplicate Give Away products are not allowed.  What does this mean?  All products to be given away MUST BE UNIQUE.  No duplicates.

  • A specific time frame is decide and each participant will advertise this effect - Since the time to download free products is limited anyone who see this ad will need to make sure they don't miss out and sign up for their free membership right away!

  • That's it!  Once the advertisement starts working each participant will notice almost immediately the increase in subscription membership!

Who has been successful?

Through my research I've discovered that the business men on-line have been using this system hence the reason why they can take vacations when they feel like it, attend conventions and pay the money for high end advertising that most small business owner's can't.

 

What is the Joint Venture Program for WAHM's?

Again, I will mention that in the past couple of years, I've only seen two, count them two women who has been privilege to become JV Partners with some of the top internet guru's.  Why?  There are thousands of work at home Mom's on-line who create great informational ebooks and run their own ezine's or membership websites.

 

This would be the ultimate Mom's Helping Mom's venture!

 

There has never been a Joint Venture partnership with this type of caliber to help each and every single participating work at home Mom.

 

There is no money involved, meaning, each Mom just needs to fulfill the criteria.  Imagine that, NO MONEY involved.

 

WAHM Joint Venture is to pool together every work at home Mom on-line who wants to give away something to get something back.

 

Why should you think about joining this WAHM Joint Venture project?

  1. You want to increase your advertising reach!  Meaning, you don't have the money to advertise, but you know if you had more subscribers to your Newsletter or Ezine you may start seeing your sales go up.

  2. You know that if you have a bunch of women with the same goal, you can accomplish that goal.

  3. It's totally FREE as long as you can fulfill the criteria.

Why hasn't this been done before?

Well, there are many websites that claim to provide a way for wahm's to help each other out.  However, there is usually something in it for the creator or site owner.  So of course in retrospect there really hasn't been a WAHM Helping WAHM set up . . . UNTIL NOW!

 

The other reason I think this has never been done by women . . . sometimes with the numerous task and responsibilities of running a work at home business it can be very difficult for Mom's to segregate the time needed to commit to this type of joint venture.

 

The men however, have no qualms.  They sit down, put their heads together, hey they don't have to worry about dirty dishes or dirty clothes or what to fix for dinner.  But, all kidding aside, they do take the time to delve right in and plunge into creating the necessary product to join this type of lucrative business building venture.  Why?  Because they see the great potential that this type of program can do for their business.  They'll worry about dirty dishes and what to eat for dinner later.

 

Women need to take on that type of mentality.  Okay, it's a bit cold, but why do you think the men on-line are so successful?  Why do you think that practically all of the internet guru's are men?  The men have the ability to see the necessity of putting their products together and helping each other advertise it to the max until the time period has stopped to gain the leverage they need to make their business successful!  Do you have this type of mentality?

 

Men have been using the Joint Venture System for years!  It's time the Work at Home Mom's utilize this system, we've got a lot of catching up to do, but when women put their heads together, it's usually a done deal!
